## Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

During high-volume releases, limited drops, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

## Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

## Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

## International Shipping
EYEQ ships worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

## Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

## Lost or Stolen Packages
EYEQ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

## Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

## Pre-Orders
Items listed as pre-orders may require additional production time.

Estimated shipping windows for pre-order items will be listed on the product page.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
